Otsuma Women’s University students reside at “Dormy Ichigaya-kaga,” located in a quiet residential area. Dorm managers are stationed at the dorm 24 hours a day, and a card-key auto-lock system ensures a high level of security. It also offers convenient access to the university campuses—about a 25-minute walk to the Chiyoda campus and about 60 minutes to the Tama campus by train and on foot.

• Dormitory Fees (Academic year 2026)

Admission Fee: 75,000 yen
Security Deposit: 50,000 yen
Room Charge: 73,000 yen per month, in principle (Shared accommodation with 6 single rooms)

*The fee should be paid monthly in advance.

Meal Fee: About 17,600 yen per month (Half board: breakfast and dinner)
*On Sundays and holidays without a class, only breakfast will be offered.
